Biography
Azamat is a legal and contract management expert with over a decade of experience advising on investment and construction projects across Kazakhstan. As a Managing Partner at Pactum Group and a core member of its engineering and legal consulting arm, he focuses on strategic contract structuring, project delivery frameworks (including FIDIC/EPC contracts), tendering, claims management, and dispute resolution.
He is the author of "Contract Management BoK", a practical guide to contract management in emerging markets, and a co-developer of the national training program for contract managers at Narxoz University. Azamat regularly delivers workshops, business simulations, and speaks at industry events including the Kazakhstan Legal Forum, where he leads the Contract Management track.
