Biography
Janina Schütz is a lawyer at SPITZWEG Partnerschaft mbB.
After being admitted to the bar, Janina initially worked at an international commercial law firm. Since autumn 2022, she has been advising clients at SPITZWEG, primarily on corporate and commercial law matters, as well as on matters at the intersection of corporate law and insolvency law.
She advises companies, entrepreneurs and non-profit organisations on restructurings and transactions, as well as on ongoing corporate law matters. Janina also advises entrepreneurs facing financial difficulties and insolvency creditors on the enforcement of their claims.
Janina works both in an advisory capacity and in litigation.
