Phillipos & Co in India Completes Transformation Programme

Alliott Global Alliance (AGA)’s representative accounting, audit and tax firm Phillipos & Co, headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, has completed a major transformation programme to strengthen its position as a leading professional services firm in the country and to enhance its cross-border capabilities.
Now known as Phillipos George & Co. LLP (Phillipos George) following its merger with George Joseph & Company, one of Southern India’s most established and respected firms, the developments mark an important milestone in the firm’s growth strategy. The merger broadens the firm’s expertise and strengthens its ability to deliver high-quality audit, tax and advisory services while supporting clients’ international business through AGA colleagues in over 100 countries.
The team has also launched a new website reflecting its refreshed identity while showcasing its service capabilities, industry expertise and international reach. The platform will continue to evolve with enhanced AGA branding and content highlighting its ability to connect clients with trusted professionals across the Alliance.
Phillipos George has also completed its registration as a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. The transition forms part of the firm’s long-term governance and growth strategy, providing an enhanced organisational structure to support future expansion and the evolving needs of its clients.
The firm’s leadership has also been strengthened with the admission of two new partners, adding further depth of experience across its service offerings.
